The above instruction video includes all the directions needed to setup and play the game.
One modification you can make is to include additional words related to recent lessons or gospel readings you want to reinforce into the deck. You can write your words on a small flashcard along with how many points the word counts for. A few examples:
Transubstantiation: 3 points
Leprosy: 4 Points
Forgiveness: 2Points

If you don't want to buy the game, you can make your own using flashcards/printing out cards and cutting them out. The official game includes some extra things like timers, props, and cards with nice artwork but you can easily make all the materials yourself.
